We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

- In its original packaging and protective materials

Morvaneltixo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Fees
Quality Issues
If the return is due to a defective item, damage during shipping, or an incorrect product, Morvaneltixo will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind
If the return is due to personal preference (such as style, color, or selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
4. Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
To assist with the claim process, we may request photos of the product and packaging.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and refund processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3ā5 business days to complete the transaction.
